Inside Muirfield is a content brand of Styer Real Estate Professionals. This policy explains what information this website collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, the newsletter signup, a Field Guide request, the contact form, or a home valuation request, you provide information directly. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any message you write.

We use this information only for the purpose you submitted it: to send you the newsletter you subscribed to, to deliver a guide you requested, to respond to your message, or to prepare and follow up on a valuation. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where your information goes

Form submissions are sent to Follow Up Boss, the customer relationship management service used to manage inquiries and contacts. Follow Up Boss stores this information on our behalf. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your name and email are also used to deliver that newsletter through our email service provider. Requesting a Field Guide subscribes you to the newsletter as well, which is disclosed at the point of signup. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter email at any time using the link in the email.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site collects some information automatically when you visit:

Follow Up Boss provides a page-view tracking pixel that loads on every page of this site. It records which pages are viewed and sends that information to Follow Up Boss to help us understand how the site is used. This pixel may set cookies or store data in your browser.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. This exposes your IP address and browser information to Google as part of delivering those fonts.

Aside from the tracking pixel described above, this site's own code does not set cookies or store information in your browser.

Third-party content

Some pages may embed video from YouTube using its privacy-enhanced mode. When you play an embedded video, YouTube may collect information about that interaction. Links to social media platforms are ordinary links; visiting those platforms is governed by their own policies.
